Jane laid back and sighed, she couldnt seem to get the past few days from her mind. Matt, that crazy guy that was trying to get her to forget the fact that it was her fault Matt was dead, the team falling around her... or so it seemed. She shook her head and closed her eyes, not paying attention to the other person on the beach.

Jane looked up at him, not even bothering to be on the physical defence. "I really dont want any trouble SJ." She said weakly as she sat up. "The last time we spoke, it wasnt on good terms." She looked at him again. "Have as seat." She offered. She curled her legs to her cheat and looked at the ocean. "I guess you can say I had as bad day." She added.

Jane closed her eyes, trying to fight the memories back. "That friend... is dead because of me." She said as she looked at SJ, a sparkle of tears in her eyes. She gave a cold snicker and looked at the water again. "I ran... when he needed me most I ran." She took in a deep breath and rested her head on her knees again.

"Not many people you know have had the week I have." She said as she took her hand back. She ignored the mention of the words people I care about, not wanting to drag up their brief past.
